Due to the small and smooth gap on the screen surface and the large gap on the back, the drainage is smooth and not easily blocked; Solid substances are intercepted, and filtered water flows out from the gaps of the sieve plate. At the same time, under hydraulic action, the solid substances are pushed to the lower end of the sieve plate and discharged, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Hydraulic screening can effectively reduce the concentration of suspended solids in water and alleviate the processing load of subsequent processes. It is also used for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances in industrial production, and is an excellent non powered equipment for filtering or recovering solid or colloidal substances such as suspended solids, floating solids, and sediments.
